On October 25, 2021, INmune Bio Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 4:30 PM Eastern Time to discuss results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2021 and to provide a corporate update. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
