Trailhead allows everyone to join the workforce of the future regardless of gender, ethnicity, education level, or socioeconomic background. The online learning platform provides access to a growing library of content represented by almost one thousand badges covering business, tech, the Salesforce CRM platform, and soft skills.

More than 3.3 million learners across the world skill up and earn resume-worthy credentials on Trailhead, all while discovering new career opportunities and connecting with the vibrant Trailblazer Community. The most coveted achievement is the rank of Trailhead Ranger, which requires 100 badges and 50,000 points.
The top rank of Ranger might not be the initial reason someone starts learning on Trailhead but it fast becomes a goal for those working their way through the vast content Trailhead provides. It can also signify that you're ready to take the next step and earn a Trailhead superbadge or even a globally recognized Salesforce certification.
But how do you become a Trailhead Ranger? Where's the best place to start?
Road to Ranger was designed to create the perfect blend of badges and points to take the guesswork out of how to reach Ranger status.
If you find yourself learning on Trailhead and you're not sure what products to dive into or what role best suits you, start with the basics in Trailmix 1 below. Once you reach that goal of Ranger, a clearer learning path might form for you.

No matter what stage you're at on Trailhead, the Road to Ranger trailmixes are for everyone. Though we recommend working through them in sequential order to help you build on the knowledge you gain along the way.
If you've already earned some badges, you've already got a headstart! Everyone's learning pace is different. Remember it's not a race! Increasing your rank should take time.

Since its inception in 2014, Trailhead's focus has been on interactive learning. Little known fact but when we first launched Trailhead we only offered hands-on challenges; the multiple-choice quizzes didn't exist then!
We added the quizzes later as the content library grew to include soft skills and business skills (topics that didn't require hands-on learning in a Trailhead Playground)
Sometimes, finding time to dedicate to Trailhead can be tricky. That's where the Trailblazer Community can help!
With a number of #TrailheadTuesday and #SalesforceSaturday events happening around the world and online, this provides an informal way to connect with fellow Trailblazers and work on Trailhead together.

Consider doing something similar and gathering online or in-person with your colleagues. Learning is a team sport, and sometimes it's nice to be able to talk through a harder unit or hands-on challenge with someone else.
