Nu : Nubank announces Ultravioleta Nubank House at Ibirapuera Park

São Paulo, November 26, 2024 - Nubank Ultravioleta opened "Casa Nubank Ultravioleta" (Nubank Ultravioleta House), located at gate 7 of Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo. The space was developed to provide moments of relaxation and to serve as a support and well-being environment for customers who visitthe park.
A survey conducted by the Ipsos Institute at the request of Nubank Ultravioleta revealed that 7% of the Brazilian adult population's time is spent in traffic, while sports-related or well-being activities occupy 4%, and outdoor activities only account for 2% of their time. In response to this need, Nubank envisioned the House, a space that serves as an extension of the Ultravioleta customer's home.
Among the amenities available are four changing rooms equipped with private showers, towels, hygiene items, smart lockers, snacks, drinks, coffee, workstations supported by WeWork, wifi, outlets, and induction chargers.
Designed by Atelier Marko Brajovic, the Nubank Ultravioleta House uses natural light and recycled materials in its composition. The space has an external deck facing the Park, open to the public, with sun loungers, a pet drinking fountain, and areas for exercising and other outdoor activities.
To access the Nubank Ultravioleta House, customers must generate an Ultravioleta Pass in the Nubank app and schedule the day and time of the visit, through a registration on the WeWork platform (also accessed via the Nubank app). The feature will be available on the app's home screen, under "Ultravioleta Benefits" and "Visit the Ultravioleta House". It's also possible to start this process through the QR Code displayed on-site.
Fernanda Lima will serve as the ambassador for the Ultravioleta Nubank House. The model and presenter will produce content on her social networks, including a complete tour of the place.
The Ultravioleta Nubank House will open to the public on November 27. The space is open from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM and on weekends from 8 AM to 1 PM. Valet parking is free and can be accessed at gate 7 via the activated NuTag.
Companions are not allowed, except for minors (up to 17 years old), limited to one minor per cardholder. In this case, the minor does not need to make a reservation, just present the holder's appointment. The entry of unaccompanied minors under 18 years old is not allowed. Capacity is limited, subject to occupancy and prior scheduling, and the maximum stay time is 2 hours per visit, with a maximum of one visit per day per customer.
Customers who are part of the Family Space or have an additional Ultravioleta card can also access the Ultravioleta Nubank House, by making their own appointment on the WeWork partner platform and presenting the Ultravioleta Pass, which in this case will be accessible via the QR code at the entrance of the space.
