Icahn Enterprises L.P. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 2,311 million compared to USD 2,002 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 2,206 million compared to USD 1,867 million a year ago.

Net loss was USD 450 million compared to USD 414 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.71 compared to USD 0.79 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.71 compared to USD 0.79 a year ago.
