Gloo raised its outlook and said it agreed to acquire Enterprisemarketdesk. Shares gained 20% to $7.38 in after-hours trading Tuesday.

Broadcom said it was expanding its partnership with Meta Platforms. The stock rose 4% to $394.37 after the bell.

GitLab said it was expanding its collaboration with Google Cloud. Shares rose 6% to $21.25.
