Regions Financial Corporation reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the first quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 1,248 million compared to USD 1,194 million a year ago. Net income was USD 559 million compared to USD 490 million a year ago.

Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.63 compared to USD 0.51 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.62 compared to USD 0.51 a year ago.
