On May 22, 2025, LCNB Corp announced that it held its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 19, 2025, and declared voting results. Accordingly, the shareholder proposal recommending that the board of directors take all necessary steps to promptly effectuate a sale of LCNB was not approved.
