KnowBe4 : Chief Human Resources Officer Erika Lance Wins Moguls' Top 100 DEI Leaders in 2021 Award

Lance recognized for championing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and programs throughout KnowBe4

KnowBe4, the provider of the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, today announced its Chief Human Resources Officer Erika Lance has been recognized with Mogul's Top 100 DEI Leaders in 2021 Award.

Throughout the last year, Lance has led numerous diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure that all employees feel heard and supported. She established seven Employee Resource Groups for KnowBe4 employees from diverse backgrounds, including - Women in Technology, Black Knowsters Network, Knowster Parents Group, LGBTQIA+ Group, Hispanic/Latin Group, Asian American Asian Pacific Islander Group and the Military and Veterans Resource Group. She also led the effort to hire its first VP of global diversity and engagement to spearhead and expand efforts across the globe. The Jumpstart Program was a project that Lance undertook to help provide technical careers to members of underrepresented and underserved communities with little or no experience. Lance also works closely with organizations like the National Diversity Council (NDC) and Empath Partners In Care on various DEI initiatives.
