BBRC International Solicits Proxies from Shareholders of Victoria's Secret

On May 15, 2026, BBRC International PTE Limited announced that it has filed a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to solicit proxies from shareholders of Victoria's Secret & Co. to vote against the Company board nominee Donna James, and vote against a Company proposal to approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company?s named executive officers, at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
