BRANDYWINEGLOBAL ? Global Income Opportunities Fund Inc. at its annual meeting of stockholders held April 17, 2026. announced that Nisha Kumar, Hillary A. Sale and Jane E. Trust were elected as Class II Directors of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund?s outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock, voting together as a single class, to hold office until the annual meeting of stockholders in the year 2029, or until their respective successors has been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.
