Carlit Co., Ltd. (TSE:4275) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,300,000 shares, representing 5.43% of its outstanding shares excluding treasury shares for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy corresponding to the changes in the business environment.

The program will be valid till November 28, 2025. As of April 30, 2025, the company had 23,957,741 outstanding shares excluding treasury shares and 92,259 shares in treasury.
