Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. (TSX:SFC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 9,296,291 shares, representing 6.84% of its issued and outstanding share capital. The shares repurchased by the company will be cancelled.

The bid will expire on June 23, 2026. As of June 12, 2025, the company had 135,883,738 shares in issue.
