Etsy, Inc. has made several leadership changes, including naming Kruti Patel Goyal to the newly-created role of president and chief growth officer.

Brad Minor has been promoted to CMO and Lanny Baker has joined the executive team as CFO, according to a press release.

Etsy stated the new leadership changes will strengthen the brand's ability to further improve the shopping experience, deepen customer engagement, build brand trust and loyalty, and reignite growth. All changes are effective the first week of January 2025.

Goyal, currently CEO of Etsy's Depop subsidiary, will report to Etsy's CEO, Josh Silverman, and be responsible for bringing together all customer touch points to deliver a more compelling and inspiring experience.

Minor, presently Etsy's chief brand officer, has led the evolution and execution of Etsy's brand strategy as well as multiple cross-functional initiatives, including the launch of Etsy's gifting strategy and recent brand mission campaign.

Etsy was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York.

In late summer the brand announced Etsy Insider, as a closed-beta version to select U.S. buyers, according to an Etsy announcement. Shoppers getting an invitation to Etsy Insider will have two options — a seasonal or annual membership.
