Global hospitality group Accor and rideshare platform Uber have announced a new multi-market partnership linking their loyalty programmes, allowing members to earn rewards across hotel stays, rides and delivery services.

Under the agreement, members of Accor's All Accor programme will be able to link their account with Uber and earn loyalty points on eligible rides in participating markets, with Uber Eats included in select countries. Points can be redeemed across Accor's hotel network, experiences and partner services. Eligible Accor members will also receive Uber One trials, while Uber One subscribers will gain selected Accor status perks.

The rollout will take place in phases during the second half of the year, starting with Europe and the Middle East. In France, Germany and Poland, the partnership will include Uber and Uber Eats deliveries, while the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Morocco will initially only offer Uber ride-based rewards.

Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital and Tech at Accor, said: 'By seamlessly weaving All Accor into your everyday journeys, from essential commutes to convenient deliveries, we are fundamentally redefining how loyalty enriches your lifestyle, well beyond the traditional hotel stay.'

Accor operates nearly 150 properties across the Gulf, including 77 in the UAE and 43 in Saudi, making the region a key growth market for the loyalty partnership.
