NerdWallet : Tony Ling Appointed to NerdWallet’s Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2025 -- NerdWallet, Inc.(Nasdaq: NRDS), which provides trustworthy financial guidance to consumers and small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced the appointment of Tony Ling, a Managing Partner at Rise Growth Partners, to its Board of Directors, effective May 22, 2025. Tony will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Tony has an extensive track record of investing and advising companies in the financial services industry. His experience guiding numerous organizations towards growth positions him well to help NerdWallet advance its vision of becoming a trusted financial ecosystem for consumers and SMBs. Prior to joining Rise Growth Partners in 2024, Tony was a Managing Director at Corsair Capital, where he focused on investing in financial and business services companies.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Lightyear Capital and J.P. Morgan. Tony holds a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
