Oklo Shares Rise on Nvidia Partnership

Oklo shares rose after the nuclear energy company said it is working with Nvidia.

The stock gained 5% to $75.76 on Thursday. Shares are up 7% this year.

Oklo, which is developing a small modular reactor to produce nuclear energy, said the collaboration with Nvidia and Los Alamos National Laboratory is intended to advance nuclear infrastructure and research.

Oklo will use Nvidia's AI models to support the development of nuclear-powered AI factories.

The collaboration will focus on physics- and chemistry-based AI models, materials sciences and fabrication research and development, and power generation for nuclear-powered AI factories.
