On May 4, 2026, Zevin Asset Management, LLC filed an exempt solicitation statement soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders of The Home Depot, Inc. to vote for a shareholder proposal, requesting the Board of Directors issue a report, at reasonable cost and omitting confidential, privileged, and proprietary information, assessing risks to customers' data privacy rights arising from the Company's sharing of sensitive customer data with third parties, and describing any strategies beyond legal compliance the Company may deploy to mitigate those risks, for consideration at the Company?s 2026 annual shareholders meeting.
