Groupe Dynamite Inc. (TSX:GRGD) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,572,356 subordinate voting shares, representing 7.56% of its issued share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The bid will expire on April 16, 2027. As of April 3, 2026, the Company had 20,787,513 subordinate voting shares issued and outstanding.
