Unite Here Submits Shareholder Proposal to PENN Entertainment

On April 27, 2026, Unite Here announced that it has submitted a shareholder proposal to PENN Entertainment, Inc., requesting the Company to take all necessary steps, promptly and in accordance with Pennsylvania law, the Company's governing documents, and all applicable gaming regulatory requirements, to eliminate the classification of the Board of Directors and transition to the annual election of all directors, with each director elected to a one-year term.
