US ends probe on Tesla Model Y vehicles without manufacturer action

April 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Tuesday it closed a probe without a manufacturer action into 120,089 Tesla Model Y vehicles that was opened after reports that the steering wheel could detach from the steering column due to a missing retaining bolt.
