JUNO MINERALS : DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Juno Minerals Limited (ASX: JNO) (Juno or the Company) advises that it intends to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Tuesday, 16 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with section 7.1 of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company is Tuesday, 28 September 2021.
