April 29 (Reuters) - LVMH watch division chief Jean-Christophe Babin said he is preparing for a gradual retirement from the French luxury group and has identified Jean Arnault, the 27-year-old son of CEO Bernard Arnault, as a natural successor to oversee brands including TAG Heuer and Hublot, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.

Babin took leadership of the division in March last year.
