Selin and Stordalen Invest in Newly Listed Hacksaw - Holdings

Gambling supplier Hacksaw made its debut on the Nasdaq Stockholm on June 25. The shareholder service Holdings has now updated the company's ownership list as of June 26, providing the latest details on shareholders following the IPO.

The largest shareholder is Karl Rausing, holding shares worth SEK 3.6 billion, which corresponds to 16.37% of Hacksaw's shares. The second largest shareholder is Malta-based Lollipop Assets, with shares valued at SEK 2.2 billion, or 9.90% of the company. The third and fourth largest shareholders are Switzerland-based Frédéric Herz and Jonas Ejevärn, with shares worth SEK 1.4 billion and SEK 1.1 billion respectively. This equates to 6.42% and 5.08% of Hacksaw's shares.

Further down the shareholder list is real estate profile Erik Selin, who owns 1.75 million shares valued at SEK 132 million, placing him 25th among shareholders. Norwegian hotel magnate Petter Stordalen, via his holding company Strawberry, owns 67,000 shares worth SEK 5.1 million. Musician Per Gessle holds 8,320 shares valued at SEK 630,000.
