ǪVCG team members worldwide continued to demonstrate remarkable generosity in 2025. With over 20% of the team engaging in our Together for Good community and social impact program, participation was
fueled by Paid Volunteer Days, a 200% donation match, our "Dollars for Doers" grant initiative, and various fundraising events. A few highlights include:
including $15,000 for Community Action Stops
Abuse and $35,000 for Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay.
2025 represented a milestone for ǪVCG's corporate social responsibility. Our team members once again demonstrated high-level engagement, exceeding our annual volunteerism target by 68% and achieving our public-facing 100,000-hour goal (established in 2020) a full six months early! This performance places ǪVCG above industry and peer benchmarks*. Strategic growth was particularly notable in our Italy, UK and Poland offices, driven by flagship initiatives like Global Community C Belonging Week. We credit this success to our amazing team members and robust Together for Good benefits like Paid Volunteer Days and Dollars for Doers grant program, and the active leadership within our Team Member Resource Groups.

At ǪVC Group, we are dedicated to empowering women and fostering their health and wellbeing through meaningful cause marketing initiatives. By harnessing the power of storytelling and community, we connect our customers to causes that help women thrive-one
purchase at a time. In 2025, our collective efforts made a significant impact: HSN's annual Foundation for Women Warriors (FFWW) campaign was able to generate over $195,000, bringing our total contribution to FFWW to more than $650,000 over the past three years. ǪVC US's Living for Giving campaign generated over $970,000 for
Habitat for Humanity's Women Build Program in 2025, contributing to a total of more than $5 million raised for charity since 2021. Across our markets globally, we championed Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with campaigns like ǪVC Italy's Shopping4Good, ǪVC Japan's Pink Ribbon activation, ǪVC US's National Breast Cancer Foundation campaign, and HSN's Unite for HER campaign, raising over $400,000 to advance breast cancer education, resources, and research. Together, we continue to drive positive change and unlock the full potential of women worldwide.
The "2025 Total Giving" includes donations made directly by ǪVC and its global affiliates, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill and Grandin Road (together, "ǪVC Group" or "ǪVCG") and team members of these entities, as well as donations facilitated by ǪVC Group. The "Cause Marketing & Broadcast" total represents charitable funds generated through the sale of donated products by ǪVCG and through donations made by ǪVCG and vendors based upon ǪVCG 's sale of certain products. The "Product and In-Kind Donations" total represents product and other donations made by ǪVCG in the amount of :2,02S,5S5, product and cash donations made by vendors (and facilitated by ǪVCG) in the amount of :18,54S,830 and ǪVCG team member volunteering in the amount of :1,4C7,7SS utilizing
time value calculation from the Independent Sector Volunteer Rate. The total contribution summary amount is a contribution total only and does not signify the tax deductibility of said contributions.
