Re-appointment of Lead Independent Director

On November 13, 2024, the board of directors (the "Board") of Globant S.A. (the "Company") re-appointed Ms. Linda Rottenberg as the Lead Independent Director. Ms. Rottenberg will continue to serve as the Lead Independent Director until her successor is duly appointed and qualified, or until her earlier removal or resignation or such time as she is no longer considered to be independent under Section 303A of the corporate governance rules of the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Rottenberg has served as an independent member of the Board since 2017 and as Lead Independent Director since 2023.
