Edil San Felice Sells Over EUR 6 Million in VAT Credits to UniCredit Factoring

(Alliance News) - Edil San Felice Spa has announced the pro-soluto sale of two VAT credits to UniCredit Factoring Spa, with a total value of EUR 6.3 million.

Specifically, the transaction involved a credit of approximately EUR 5.2 million related to the balance for the 2024 fiscal year, as reported in the 2025 VAT return, and an additional credit of over EUR 1.1 million tied to the first quarter.

The company explained that the deal is part of its strategy to optimize liquidity management and strengthen its financial structure.

Shares of Edil San Felice were up 1.2%, trading at EUR 4.17 per share.
