Skycorp Solar Group Ltd announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain investors to issue 1,685,000 class A ordinary shares at an issue price of $2.1365 per share for gross proceeds of $3,600,002.5 on May 6, 2026. Private placement is being subscribed to by four unaffiliated institutional investors. The PIPE shares are subject to a lock-up period of six months.
