MiMedx Group, Inc. Announces Departure of Ricci Whitlow as Chief Operating Officer, Effective April 14, 2026

On April 14, 2026, MiMedx Group, Inc. (Company) instituted a cost reduction initiative intended to prioritize growth opportunities, streamline operations and significantly reduce operating expenses. As part of these changes Ricci Whitlow?s position of Chief Operating Officer was eliminated and she departed from the Company effective April 14, 2026. Ms. Whitlow?s departure was not a result of a disagreement with the Company.
