Second setback for Delivery Hero - Hellofresh weak

FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX) - The shares of Delivery Hero recorded a second setback on Tuesday. After the company confirmed investigations by the EU Commission's competition watchdogs, according to the Bloomberg news agency, the shares fell by almost 5 percent at times in the afternoon. However, as in the morning, they recovered below the EUR 31.60 mark. Most recently, they were still down by more than three percent at 32.04 euros.

Renewed investigations by the EU Commission's competition watchdogs had already weighed on the prices of food delivery companies on Tuesday morning. According to the information provided, Delivery Hero is cooperating fully with the EU Commission. The investigations, which follow on from those from 2022, are concerned with the division of markets.
