Autoliv, Inc. announced that Fredrik Westin has decided to resign as Executive Vice President, Finance for personal reasons and to pursue a position in continental Europe, where he resided prior to joining Autoliv in March 2020. He remains in his current position until December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
