Carlyle : Announces A$600 Million Preferred Equity Financing to Support CC Capital’s Acquisition of Insignia Financial

NEW YORK and SYDNEY - April 30, 2026 - Global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) today announced that its Global Credit platform has provided a preferred equity financing to support CC Capital's acquisition of Insignia Financial Ltd ("Insignia" or the "Company") (ASX: IFL), a leading diversified wealth management group, to advance the Company's ongoing transformation initiatives and long-term growth strategy across the retirement ecosystem.

Insignia is one of the largest for-profit wealth management platforms in Australia, overseeing more than A$342 billion in funds under management and administration and serving approximately two million members. The Company provides a comprehensive suite of services across superannuation, wrap platforms, asset management, and financial advice, supporting members, clients and advisors across the retirement landscape.
