On January 26, 2022, McEwen Mining Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a summary of a Preliminary Economic Assessment for its Fox Complex located in in the Timmins mining district in Ontario, Canada. A copy of that press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
