Basingstoke - TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has officially been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development(TM) 2025 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
TD SYNNEX is ranked 26th in the UK's Best Workplaces for Development List, which recognises companies that make co-worker development a key part of their culture. To qualify, workplaces need to offer co-workers the chance to better themselves, learn new skills, and progress within the organisation. Inclusion in the list demonstrates that TD SYNNEX actively supports every co-worker's own tailored growth journey, that co-workers are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued, and give their best to the organisation.
Being recognised for a second year is an acknowledgement of the company's ongoing commitment to its co-workers, said Jodie Carroll, senior director, human resources, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX. "Being named in the 2025 Best Workplaces for Development List reflects how strongly our co-workers value our commitment to growth and development."
In April, TD SYNNEX was Certified(TM) by Great Place To Work® for the third year in succession. For that survey, more than 71% of the company's UK co-workers provided feedback about the culture, programmes and practices that make the TD SYNNEX workplace unique.
TD SYNNEX fosters continuous learning through a variety of opportunities--from mentoring and skills development to formal qualifications. For those looking to gain both knowledge and qualifications, apprenticeships schemes are available. Managers are trained to support co-workers in achieving their goals and all co-workers have regular one-to-one meetings, quarterly development reviews, and career planning discussions. In the past 12 months 7.5 percent of co-workers have been promoted.
Co-workers have access to an AI Knowledge Hub, providing them with access to tools and insights that enable then to harness the power of generative AI to address challenges, enhance day-to-day working and unlock new possibilities.
