Isomorphic Labs Limited announced that it has received £1.6 billion in a round of funding from led by returning investor Thrive Capital Management, LLC on May 12, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investors Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, CapitalG Management Company, LLC, Sovereign AI, MGX Fund Management Limited, returning investors GV Management Company, LLC, Alphabet Inc. The company has issued convertible preferred shares in the transaction.
