TOKYO, JAPAN - June 26, 2025 - Japan Lifeline Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, at the meeting held today, resolved the following organizational restructuring.

Changes in the organization structure (Effective on July 1, 2025)

Abolish Global OEM Initiative Office of R&D and Production Group.

Abolish Production Control Department and Procurement Department of Supply Chain Division of R&D and Production Group.

Note: The operations of the Production Control Department and the Procurement Department will continue to be handled by the Supply Chain Division.
