SSR MINING PROVIDES ASX DELISTING UPDATE

DENVER - SSR Mining Inc. (NASDAQ/TSX: SSRM, ASX: SSR) ('SSR Mining' or the 'Company') refers to its announcement dated 3 March 2025 ('Announcement') regarding the Company's removal from the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange ('ASX') pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.11 ('Delisting').

SSR Mining announces that CHESS depositary interests ('CDIs') of the Company listed on the ASX will be suspended from quotation at close of trading today, 4 April 2025, to facilitate the Company's removal from the official list of the ASX. In accordance with the timetable contained in the Announcement, the Company will be removed from the official list of the ASX at close of trading on 8 April 2025 (AEDT).
