On June 25, 2025, Northern Superior Resources Inc closed the transaction. The company announced that it has issued 6,500,000 common shares at a price of CAD 0.77 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of CAD 5,005,000. The Company is also pleased to announce that NQ Investissement Minier (?NQIM?) has participated in the Offering.

In connection with the Offering, the Company paid to the Underwriter a cash commission equal to approximately 6.0% of the gross proceeds of the Offering.
