CBL International Limited (NasdaqCM:BANL) agreed to acquire 50.10% stake in Green Marine Energy Holdings Limited for $5.8 million on April 22, 2026. A cash consideration of $2.4 million will be paid by CBL International Limited. CBL International Limited will pay an earnout/contingent payment of $2.4 million cash.

As part of consideration, $4.81 million is paid towards common equity of Green Marine Energy Holdings Limited.
