("Quarterhill" or the "Company") (TSX: QTRH) (OTCQX: QTRHF), announces results from its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") that was held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time).
