Monthly Trend

Parking Business Japan

In April, sales of Times PARKING was 109.8% YoY.

Newly developed sites and spaces of Times PARKING were 300 sites and 17,713 spaces, while there were 67 sites and 3,680 space cancellations.

As of the end of April, in Times PARKING there were 19,098 sites and 665,877 spaces (up 235 sites and 13,638 spaces compared to the previous month).

Mobility Business

In April, usage fee sales per vehicle remained steady.

The number of Times CAR vehicles in April was 74,061 and the number of members increased by 43 thousand from the previous month to 3,278 thousand.

Parking Business International

In the U.K., parking occupancy rates remained steady. In Australia, parking occupancy rates trended softly due to the impact of the cyclone.

*As results of the Parking Business International are incorporated into consolidated results with a one-month delay, the business status of the Group in April reflects overseas operations in March.
