The list recognizes the best places to work in Greater St. Louis and is based solely on employee feedback collected by Energage, a third-party survey research partner that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces.
The rankings are based on the responses to an anonymous survey measuring several aspects of organizational health, specifically what employees value most in the workplace.
Top Workplace award recipients were honored at the St. Louis Dispatch Top Workplaces celebration on June 20. Associated Bank colleagues - Shawn McCutcheon, St. Louis Metro East market president, Sean Joyce, senior vice president and commercial team lead, Diane Gantner, senior vice president, community markets, and Tracy Session, vice president, district manager - accepted the award on the bank's behalf.
