The Board of Directors of The Procter & Gamble Company declared an increased quarterly dividend of $1.0885 per share on the Common Stock of the Company, payable on or after May 15, 2026, to Common Stock shareowners of record at the close of business on April 24, 2026. This represents a 3% increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend.
