Cantaloupe, Inc. and Carnival Cruise Line have partnered to implement Cantaloupe's point-of-sale technology at Carnival's exclusive destination, Celebration Key, opening on Grand Bahama on July 19, according to a My ChesCo report. The integration will allow guests to use their Sail & Sign cards for cashless transactions at self-service kiosks across the island, streamlining the dining experience.

"Our collaboration with Cantaloupe is critical to making Celebration Key a destination that is full of fun and takes the worry out of carrying cash for our guests," Richard Morse, Carnival's senior vice president of Food and Beverage, told the news outlet. "Through this partnership, we're able to offer an experience that extends the ease and familiarity of onboard dining to our exclusive destination."

Cantaloupe's Cheq management platform is designed for high-volume environments, aiming to provide efficient service for guests at Celebration Key. The partnership marks the first time Carnival's Sail & Sign card will be usable off-ship.
