Skyroot Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. announced that it has received INT 5,700,000,000 in a round of funding co-led by returning investors, Sherpalo Ventures, and GIC Private Limited on May 7, 2026. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Arkam Ventures, Greenko Group PLC, new investor, a funds managed by BlackRock, Inc., Playbook Partners, and MABS Enterprises LLP.

The company has issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction. The company has raised the funding at pre-money valuation of INR 104,141,840,000. The company has raised total mount to INR 15,000,000,000 in funding to the date.

As a part of the transaction, Ram Shriram of Sherpalo Ventures will join the company's board of directors.
