EQT Agrees to Buy Four German Logistics Properties

STOCKHOLM--EQT agreed to acquire four logistics properties in Germany from commercial property company VIB Vermoegen.

The warehouses, located across Munich, Nuremberg, and Frankfurt, will be acquired by the company's EQT Exeter European Logistics Value Fund IV.

"The properties are fully-leased by five tenants, and offer the potential for significant value creation through future rental growth and sustainability-focused enhancements," the company said Thursday.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
