Overview
VPG recognizes its responsibility to contribute to its employees and more importantly the communities in which we work and serve. Our Corporate Social Responsibility and Involvement Policy (CSR), together with our Global Code of Business Conduct outlines our commitment to ethical and more sustainable practices that benefit society and the environment. We will endeavor to integrate such policy into each segment and business in which we operate.
Our Commitment
At VPG, we dedicate ourselves to integrating social, environmental, and economic considerations into key strategic decisions in order to more fully support the communities in which we work and serve.
Therefore, VPG is establishing the following framework for its business units and segments to integrate VPG's CSR into its local operations.

We further commit to engaging wherever possible our external stakeholders and communities through meaningful and impactful contributions and initiatives. Accordingly, we commit to the following actions.

Economics
The ESG Committee is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and will set clear CSR goals and metrics to measure progress and impact.

The results of the CSR goals, and key measurements will be biennially published in our Sustainability Report, detailing risks, improvements, initiatives and achievements.
VPG will further commit to ensuring a far-reach and method of communication to all stakeholders: employees, suppliers, customers and investors.
As a part of regular ESG Committee meetings, this CSR policy will be reviewed at least annually, and updates will be made as necessary to reflect changing stakeholder expectations and overall company business strategy.
Where any stakeholders may believe there is a need for feedback or concern with any of the above, in the effort of continuous improvement, that stakeholder may contact VPG through its Ethics contacts or more generally through its Sustainability mailbox.
Governance
Our management team has adopted this Corporate Social Responsibility and Involvement Policy on behalf of VPG. They have delegated the responsibility to implement the policy to the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), Senior Director that reports to our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. The ESG Senior Director oversees the overall implementation and reports on progress and impact of ESG matters to the management team on a regular basis.
