On May 7, 2026, Krispy Kreme, Inc. filed definitive additional materials soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders to vote against a shareholder proposal requesting that the Company?s governing documents be amended to replace supermajority voting requirements with simple majority voting requirements at the Company?s annual shareholders meeting scheduled to be held on June 10, 2026.
