Saratoga Investment Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a base quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share in aggregate for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, declaring the three monthly dividends of $0.25 per share each for the quarter ended August 31, 2025. $0.25 per share for the June 2025, payable on July 24, 2025, Record Date is July 8, 2025; $0.25 per share for the July 2025, payable on August 21, 2025, Record Date is August 6, 2025 and $0.25 per share for the August 2025, payable on September 24, 2025, Record Date is September 4, 2025.
