John Chevedden Submits Shareholder Proposal to Datadog

On April 29, 2026, John Chevedden announced that he has submitted a shareholder proposal to Datadog, Inc., requesting the Company to take each step necessary so that each voting requirement in Company charter and bylaws that calls for a greater than simple majority vote be replaced by a requirement for a majority of the votes cast for and against applicable proposals, or a simple majority in compliance with applicable laws.
