PUBLICATION OF SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED FINAL TERMS

We refer to the above issue of Notes, described in more detail in the Second Amended and Restated Final Terms (the "Final Terms"), as signed by CIBC and dated 12 May 2026, amending the Final Terms dated 28 April 2026, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions") which are supplemented by the Final Terms and which are set out in the Prospectus dated 23 January 2026 (the "Prospectus").

The following changes have been made to page 7 of the Final Terms.

In all other respects, the Final Terms is correct and all other terms and conditions of the Final Terms remain unchanged. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed thereto in the Final Terms.

The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
